Chair Strenth & Strength Training Combo class: Increase Core Strength, Improve bone density & balance, boost metabolism, tone and shape using hand weights, resistance bands and weighted balls

Yoga: Flexibility, balance, stability all are benefits of Yoga. Yoga is refreshing for mind and body.
Mondays & Thursdays 8:30 - 10:00 - $7 per class or $35 monthly
Zumba: This dance based workout is designed to increase your cardio endurance, improve balance, tone and strengthen, boost brain function and more. Designed to work at your level. High or low impact.
MONDAY & WEDNESDAY 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM - $5 per class or $35 monthly
